Have you recently tried out any recipe from Cookpad in your kitchen? Did
it come out well? Did you add your own flavor to the recipe and wanted
to share your version with the recipe author?
Well, then you can just take a picture of your dish and share it on
the page you found the recipe in. At Cookpad, we call this a
"Cooksnap!"
Sending a Cooksnap will let the recipe author know that you chose their
recipe to cook, and chances are they will be very happy about it!
Cooksnap is one of the many ways you can say "Thank You", You can show
the world how you got creative with the dish immediately by uploading a
picture. We see it as an extremely rewarding experience when someone
tries out your recipe and then posts a photo on your page telling you
that they 'loved it'!
The Cooksnap you sent will be visible to all other users on Cookpad
along with your comments. Other users will also be inspired to cook
using the recipe and share their dish after seeing your Cooksnap.
5 Reasons to Send the Cooksnap after Trying a Recipe:
- Say THANK YOU! It is a way of thanking the author through
the photo. - 1. Your Cooksnap gives an incentive to other cooks to try it as your
photo adds credibility to the recipe! "If someone else cooked it,
liked it and sent the photo, why don't I try it as well." - It's a way to share your kitchen with everyone and share good
ideas. Also, sharing what changes you made in the recipe, gives
more ideas to the author and other cooks of the Community. - With your photo, you have added your stamp to the recipe, and
sent it with your love. - And you'll always have all the Cooksnaps in your "photos"
section to see what recipes you prepared, cooked and liked to show
your friends later.
How to share a cooksnap:
A picture is worth a thousand words --- so go ahead and make your
