8 Delicious Dalgona Coffee Recipes to Try Today!
Dalgona coffee started as a TikTok trend and it has taken the internet by storm. Dalgona coffee is a super simple recipe that generally uses just coffee, sugar and hot water to create a light frothy coffee foam that you can spoon onto chilled or hot milk.
You can easily make vegan Dalgona coffee using plant based ingredients (barista milks are particularly good). You can also vary the ingredients used to make different versions of the coffee, as our recipes below show. The trick to making the coffee foam is to use a milk frother of some sort and to whip the foam up in a deep wide bowl - it won’t work if you try to whip it in a coffee cup.
