Mushroom skulls - we just had to share this brilliant idea from Stella, these mushroom skulls are low carb, keto friendly and low fat. They’ll sit brilliantly on any Halloween party table. You can eat them raw or dipped in guacamole, or why not pop them on a cauliflower pizza base.

Halloween spider eggs - these hard boiled eggs from cookingwithsmiles is protein-heavy and the black olive eggs on top make them taste delicious and look amazing too. What a great idea!

Veggie owl - this veggie owl is so simple to create, it’ll tempt everyone at the table to pick up some fresh salad. Keep a pot of hummus nearby so that you can top up those eye dip bowls!

Bloody Mary soup - why not add a big pot of warming soup to your healthy Halloween party table? Vicky’s Bloody Mary flavour soup is the perfect choice, rich with fresh tomatoes and hot with Worcestershire sauce and tabasco. Add a kick of vodka for a grown-up party, or leave it out if there are children joining.

Fruity Halloween spiders - for a final sweet treat, these fruity spiders will be sure to tempt everyone. They are so simple to make, choose some small ripe plums, then thread raisins onto cocktail sticks to make the legs. Perfect!
