Our ingredients have so much amazing potential, both in terms of flavour and nutrition. But so much of it gets thrown away! This month, we’re getting creative and celebrating the food on our plates by Cooking Every Part and not wasting a thing.

Join our global community of everyday cooks across 30 countries this October – let’s make the most of those squeezed orange rinds, leftover egg whites, veggie peelings and chicken carcasses – and show each other how delicious it can be!
