Hello everyone! We made Dolma together with Aunty Eiko! 👩‍🍳

What is Dolma? 🍇 Dolma is a popular dish in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and surrounding regions' cuisines. It typically consists of vegetables, most commonly grape leaves, that are stuffed with a variety of fillings. The fillings can vary depending on the regional and cultural variations, but they often include rice, minced meat (like lamb or beef), herbs, spices, and sometimes nuts or dried fruits.

Among them, we cooked the Afghan style. Filling: The stuffing for Afghan Dolma usually includes a mix of minced meat (commonly lamb or beef), rice, onions, garlic, and a variety of spices like turmeric, coriander, cumin, and sometimes cinnamon. Fresh herbs like cilantro and mint might also be included for added flavour.🥰
