If you use Cookpad to help you in your everyday cooking, you know that recipes with Cooksnaps (that is, comments with attached photographs) have earned a sort of "Seal of Approval" by those that have cooked them. Plus, it's just so much fun to share with recipe authors our own take on their dishes, right? In these ways, our Cooksnaps inspire these amazing authors to keep creating new and exciting dishes! Like we say: sharing is caring!

With this in mind, we are adding weekly challenges, just for Cooksnappers!

How does it work? Every week, showcase your culinary talents by selecting other people's recipes, making them and leaving a Cooksnap for their authors!

Wwe'll give you a new challenging theme, just to spice things up, and to entice you to go out and try new things that will add color and flavor to your own cooking! You'll find the week's theme right here every Monday at 11:00 a.m. (CDT).

Check here every Monday to know what the week's theme will be. Look for a recipe within that theme, cook it and Cooksnap it, using the hashtag #madethis.

For the first eight weeks of these challenges, if you publish at least one Cooksnap, you'll win a new installment in a collectible 8-part booklet series of useful tips to help you polish your cellphone food-photographing skills! Pretty neat, right?

And, to top it all off, if you additionally publish at least one recipe of your own (with picture and the #madethis hashtag!) each of these first eight weeks, you'll get access to an exclusive mobile phone food-photography Masterclass (via Zoom)!

📸 WEEK 8 THEME (September 14 thru 20):
