Doritos or Nachos Chips:

Matar Dal:

Difference between matar dal and chana dal lies in their base ingredient – matar dal is made from split green peas, while chana dal is made from split black chickpeas (Bengal gram). They have distinct flavors and textures and are used in different dishes within Indian cuisine.
