Marmalade:
Marmalade is a sweet spread made from citrus fruits, primarily oranges. It includes pieces of fruit peel suspended in a gel-like syrup. It's used as a topping for bread, biscuits, and as a flavoring in different desserts like marmalade cake etc.
Basil Pesto:
Basil pesto is a green sauce made from fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. It's a versatile condiment used in pasta dishes, sandwiches, and as a marinade for grilled vegetables.
Isabgol:
Isabgol is a natural fiber derived from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant. It's commonly used in India as a dietary fiber supplement to promote digestive health. You can include it in various dishes like smoothies, tots, cutlets, muffins, breads etc
Galangal:
Galangal (also called Siamese ginger, Thai ginger) is similar in appearance to ginger but with a distinct, peppery flavor. It's a key ingredient in Thai and Indonesian cuisines. In India, it's used in preparing thai and indo dishes and also some regional dishes like "Galangal Chicken Curry."
Quinoa Flour:
Quinoa flour is ground from quinoa seeds, a highly nutritious pseudo-grain. It's gluten-free and rich in protein. In India, it's used in gluten-free baking to make bread, pancakes, and chapatis.
