Note: You can make your Bread flour, Bolognese sauce, mascarpone or thousand island dressing versions at home but you must make a dish with it. If you choose to make Bread flour (how to make bread flour at home is given below) please note it has a very specific recipe and we have to stick with it! Or you can buy them too.

How to make bread flour at home- For every 1 cup of bread flour:
Measure out 1 cup all-purpose flour and from that Remove 1 and 1/2 teaspoons and Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of wheat gluten instead to all purpose flour
Whisk or sift to combine.
