Learn to make a different dish each week, be inspired to try new recipes and learn some kitchen tips and tricks along the way. Each community session will be led by a Cookpad home cook. The sessions are free and you will be notified of each upcoming session via a message in your Cookpad inbox.

Healthy Fish Tacos with Lyndsey from @The.Cozy.Kitchen - Wednesday 25th June
Lyndsey from @the.cozy.kitchen taught us to maker healthier fish tacos during this session. We made taco's from tortilla wraps and filled them with coated baked fish goujons, easy pickled cabbage, a creamy avocado dressing and a cheeky hint of fruit. Find the recipe here to make them too!
Mauritian Aubergine Fritters & Chutney with Brinda - Wednesday 24th June
Brinda aka @Brindasmauritiusdelights took the lead in this session and showed attendees to make her delicious aubergine fritters. Sliced of aubergine dipped in a lightly spiced gram flour batter and fried. We enjoyed them served with a green chutney, you can see the recipe here.
Bombay Sandwiches with Maria @MADFoodie - Wednesday 18th June
Maria from our Cookpad community led this session and taught us to make Bombay sandwiches which are a popular Indian street food. We made an amazing zingy green coriander chutney and used this to bring our sandwich creations alive. Thank you Maria!
Hungarian Peas Paprikash & Nokedli Dumplings with Zita - Wednesday 10th June
Our Hungarian colleague Zita took the lead is this session and showed us how to make a delicious and comforting pea and paprika stew. We also learnt to make nokedli dumplings by grating a thick batter into boiling water, a bit messy but it was fun to do and the dumplings were amazing. Thank you Zita!
Poke Bowl Making Workshop - Wednesday 3rd June
During this fun session, Yui showed us several different ways of making poke bowls, including how to decorate them to make them look pretty. We learnt to carve roses from vegetables and Cookpad cook Liarra showed us how to create gorgeous mushrooms from radishes.
Gyoza Masterclass with Yui - Wednesday 27th June
During this masterclass special, Yui taught our attending cooks to make homemade gyoza. We made dumpling wrappers from scratch, filled them with either pork, or a vegan cabbage and mushroom stuffing, then steam fried them in a traditional fashion.
