I started my blog, The Credit Crunch Cooke, back in 2012 having been inspired by the last recession when I shared some recipes on a website Steve & I were working on at the time. I love creating delicious recipes & helping people save money!
I've come a long way since then & last year took myself way out of my comfort zone when I did my first live cookery demo at a food festival!
