Hi everyone, I’m Angie AKA Miss Fluffy’s Cooking. I’m happy and honoured to be a member of the Cookpad family and community.

I wasn’t always the cookaholic that I am now. I grew up in a humble family where every dinner was meat and two veg in some form or shape, so I really didn’t realise the world of cooking was anything beyond that.

As I got older I remember looking at peppers in the supermarket and asking myself what I could cook with them, not to mention aubergines and other fruits and vegetables that I’d never seen growing up. So one day I decided to be brave and bought a pepper! That pepper was my turning point! Honest it was.

Then as I finished my education and started to travel a bit, I realised that there was an unexplored world that I just HAD to try. So I started, gradually trying different things. Then since meeting my Italian husband, I’ve developed a passion for Italian cuisine. It didn’t take long to realise that some Italian dishes that I was used to cook were not really Italian at all. Believe me it was a shock to discover that the famous Spag Bol that I thought I had mastered, doesn’t even exist here in Italy, as it’s made with tagliatelle!

I’ve learnt so much about Italian food that I understand now why my husband has never been to an Italian restaurant outside Italy! I am so happy to be able to share my recipes, Italian and not Italian with the Cookpad community. Food is such an important part of Italian life and culture.

What I love about Cookpad is its vision to spread the love of food and cooking across the world. I am so very happy to be part of it. Thanks for reading. Fluffy xxx
