In our first Zoom session of the season, our home cooks made two different breads together. This session was all about learning to make bread in real-time with no need to prove the bread or wait around. Simply mix and bake. You’ll have fresh bread in under an hour.

Kimwlos Kimwlos’s 5 ingredient beer bread

  • Time to make - 10 minutes
  • Time to cook - 40-45 minutes

This beer bread has a fluffy centre and lovely crust. The bread uses beer and baking powder a raising agent and requires no proving.
