India is the diabetes capital of the world with as many as 50 million
people suffering from type-2 diabetes, we have a challenge to face.
The foods you eat can have a major impact on diabetes and blood
sugar levels.
November being the Diabetes Awareness Month, we had a theme of diabetes
friendly recipes. As in almost every family, we have at least one person
suffering from diabetes, the theme might have helped many.
